Bristol Coach & Limousine
 
Wait Time/Stop Time

We grant a 45-minute grace period after a domestic flight arrival, 1-hour grace period after a reported international flight arrival, and a 1-hour grace period after a charter flight arrival. All other pick-ups receive a 15-minute grace period. After the grace period has elapsed, additional waiting time is charged at $45.00 per/hour for Sedans and $55.00 to $65.00 per/hour for Limousines retroactive to the scheduled pick up time.

Billing/Accounting

All fares are collected in advance and can be paid by:

  • Major Credit Cards,
  • Travelers Checks,
  • Personal Checks, or
  • Approved Corporate Billing

A minimum deposit of $150.00 (or higher for proms, special events, and weddings) is required to confirm a reservation. After received, deposits are non-refundable. A credit card is required to confirm airport reservations and are subject to cancellation fees listed below:

  • Payments by check that are returned for any reason are subject to a $25.00 returned item fee
  • A 20% gratuity for the chauffeur is added to all base rates
  • All rates are subject to change without notice

Additional Charges

  • Early morning and Late night pick up charges range from $10.00 - $25.00 depending on the actual time of pick up
  • Additional Stops or Pick ups in the same town are $10.00, other towns will be quoted based on $3.00 p/Mile

Cancellation / No Show Fees

  • Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled service, the customer's account will be charged $50.00 for airport contracts and actual deposit amount received for all other contracts, less pre-paid gratuities
  • Cancellations for any early morning transportation requests (before 6:00 AM) must be called into the reservation office by 9:00 PM the night before otherwise cancellation charges will be applied to customer's invoice
  • No-Show reservations will be charged the full fare plus an 20% gratuity, including any waiting time. If the customer cannot locate the vehicle, the customer should call us immediately! to avoid being billed as a No-Show
  • Cancellations that occur less than four hours before the scheduled pick-up time will be charged at the Full fare, including a 20% gratuity
  • A minimum $200.00 non refundable deposit is required for all limousine rentals

Liability

  • Smoking and ANY illegal acts are strictly prohibited in ALL of the Company's vehicles
  • A minimum damage fee of $250.00 will applied to ANY damage to the interior of the hired vehicle
  • The Company and its chauffeurs may at anytime eject passengers from its vehicles without refund for failure to comply with our wishes for safe responsible conduct.
  • Prom rental are subject to our Special Prom Contracts

Holiday Surcharge

A $25 U.S. surcharge, will be charged to all trips occurring on the following Holidays:

  • New Year's Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Fourth of July
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Christmas Day
In the event that the vehicle requested becomes unavailable, a substitute vehicle will be made at the Company's discretion.

Bristol Coach shall not be liable for circumstances beyond its control including weather, road conditions, extreme traffic delays, breakdowns or any act of God. Bristol Coach assumes no responsibility for lost or damaged baggage or personal belongings, nor for any items left in the vehicle.
