Wait Time/Stop Time
- We grant a 45 minute grace period after domestic flight
arrival, 1 hour after reported international flight arrival, and 1 hour
after charter flight arrivals. All other pick-ups receive a 15 minute grace
period. Once the grace period has elapsed, additional waiting time is charged
at $45.00 per/hour for Sedans and $55.00 to $65.00 per/hour for Limousines
retroactive to the scheduled pick up time
Billing/Accounting
- All fares are collected in advance and can be paid by:
Major Credit Cards, Travelers Checks, Personal Checks or Approved Corporate Billing
- A minimum deposit of $150.00 (or higher for proms,
special events, and weddings) is required to confirm a reservation. Once
received, deposits are non-refundable. A credit card is required to confirm
airport reservations and are subject to cancellation fees listed below
- Payments by check that are returned for any reason are
subject to a $25.00 returned item fee
- A 20% gratuity for the chauffeur is added to all base
rates
- All rates are subject to change without notice
Additional Charges
- Early morning and Late night pick up
charges range from $10.00 - $25.00 depending on the actual time of pick up
- Additional Stops or Pick ups in the same
town are $10.00, other towns will be quoted based on $3.00 p/Mile
Cancellation / No Show Fees
- Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled service,
the customer's account will be charged $50.00 for airport contracts and actual
deposit amount received for all other contracts, less pre-paid gratuities
- Cancellations for any early morning transportation
requests (before 6:00 Am) Must be called into the reservation office by 9:00
Pm the night before otherwise cancellation charges will be applied to
customers invoice.
- No-Show reservations will be charged the full fare plus
an 20% gratuity, including any waiting time. If the customer cannot locate the
vehicle, the customer should call us immediately ! to avoid being billed
as a No-Show
- Cancellation that occur less than four
hours before the scheduled pick-up time will be charged at the Full fare,
including an 20% gratuity.
- A minimum $200.00 non refundable
deposit is required for all limousine rentals.
Liability
- Smoking and ANY illegal acts are strictly prohibited in
ALL of the Companies vehicles
- A minimum damage fee of $250.00 will applied to ANY
damage to the interior of the hired vehicle
- The Company and it's chauffeurs may at
anytime eject passengers from it's vehicles without refund for failure to
comply with our wishes for safe responsible conduct.
- Prom rental are subject to our Special Prom Contracts
Holiday Surcharge
- A $25 U.S. surcharge, will be charged to all trips occurring on the
following Holidays
New Year's Day
Memorial Day
Fourth of July
Labor Day
Thanksgiving Day
Christmas Day
In the event that the vehicle requested becomes
unavailable, a substitute vehicle will be made at the Companies discretion
Bristol Coach shall not be
liable for circumstances beyond its control including weather, road conditions,
extreme traffic delays, breakdowns or any act of God. Bristol Coach assumes no
responsibility for lost or damaged baggage or personal belongings, nor for any
items left in the vehicle.
